We are pleased to invite you to a three-step learning process on strategic litigation, a progressive pathway guiding participants from understanding structural problems, to analysing real cases, and finally exploring concrete litigation strategies.

Conceived by the StratAGEic project, these three online events turn a missing opportunity into a shared capacity for individuals, experts and stakeholders interested in older people’s human rights advocacy.

These workshops are designed for:

  • Individuals: Older people who want to turn personal or structural injustices into actionable change.

  • Advocates: Civil society associations and human rights organizations working on age-related equality.

  • Legal Experts: Pro bono lawyers, legal scholars, and practitioners interested in applying strategic litigation and the EU Charter to real-world cases

Let’s unleash the potential of strategic litigation for real change on age equality!

The learning journey includes:

📌 Step 1: Understanding and structuring strategic litigation

Tuesday, June 16th 2026 (9:30 -13:00 CEST) Training on Strategic Litigation: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/hzN6yvccTfeRf6y9Jnx6yg

📌 Step 2: Applying the methodology through peer learning and case analysis

📌 Step 3: Activating the EU Charter as a litigation tool

We hope you will join us in this collective effort to transform knowledge, experience and shared challenges into strategic legal action for equal treatment in old age.
